The 1st Workshop on the Rural and Agricultural Development Communication Network Project (RADCON)

June 22 to 23, 2004
Giza, Egypt

This workshop marked the launching of RADCON project activities. The workshop had three objectives:

1. To engage stakeholders in project activities
2. To discuss the implementation plan for RADCON,
3. To identify the roles of each stakeholder.

The program has been prepared so as to introduce attendees to the already implemented VERCON (Virtual Extension and Research Communication Network) project and its expansion version, RADCON , and to discuss the three project objectives.
