Paper Submission     Submission Due Date: September 30, 2003   Notification of Acceptance: December 31, 2003   Authors are invited to electronically submit an extended abstract of up to 3 pages written in English to the editor Mahmoud Rafea at mahmoud@mail.claes.sci.eg. After notification of acceptance, the authors will be asked to prepare a camera ready paper not exceeding six pages to be included in the preprints of the Workshop.
