Hardware and Software Maintenance Division

This department defines specifications for purchasing new equipment and software, contacts vendors, evaluates bids, reviews contracts and keeps equipment in satisfactory condition. Other duties include conducting training cycles to introduce new software, developing software for the different activities of CLAES, and administering the ClAES net-work.
