| Abstract |
This research aimed at determining the level of agricultural
knowledge management in the agriculture extension organization
(AEO), the level of the organizational effectiveness of (AEO), study
the relationship between the total degree of the agricultural knowledge
management and the total degree of the organizational effectiveness
of (AEO), and finally study the relationship between the total degree of
the agricultural knowledge management and the degree of each
component of the organizational effectiveness of (AEO) components.
Data were collected from 155 respondents of agricultural extension
leaders, questionnaire was used to collect study data by using
personal interview during May 2015, the means, standard deviation,
Pearson correlation coefficient, frequencies and percentages were
used to present and analysis data of the study .
The main results of the study Were as follows:
-71.6% of respondents saw that the knowledge management level of
the ext. organization was medium.
-While %56.8 of respondents saw that the effectiveness level of the
ext. organization was low.
