English : RATIONALIZATION OF WAIER IRRIGATION USEWITHiN LEADERS AND FOLLOWERS OF FARMERS IN SOME VILL AGES IN KAFRELSHEIKH DISTRICT IN KAFRELSHEIKH GOVERNORATE

Abstract This research aimed mainly to identify the Rationalization use of irrigation water within leaders and followers of farmers in some villages in KafrelSheikh district in KafrelSheikh governorate, in addition to Three villages were selected randomly from the villages of the district where identified local leaders and followers of these villages through the use of records number two of services for the agricultural cooperative associations, in addition to rely on the opinions of chroniclers of the leaders of the agricultural extension and direction of water to determine these local leaders, it was selected 67 of local leaders distributed in the three selected villages. While total population of research of followers amounted to 1937 of farmer, from them it was selected a random sample amounted to 194respndents representing 10% of the total population of research Data were collected through March 2015by using questionnaire through personal interview. Frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean standard deviation, medium degree and 'T "test were used to analyze data statically and presenting findings.
