English : OBSTACLES FACING BY THE HOLDERS OF FISH FARMS IN KAFR EL-SHEIKH GOVERNORATE AND THEIRE SUGESSIONS IN THIS REGARD

Abstract This research was done in order to identify the obstacles facing by holders of fish farms respondents in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, and also their sugessions to overcome those obstacles, and to achieve the goals Search , data were collected in the field of the respondents using a questionnaire - after treatment - by personal interview, in February and March 2015 from a systematic random sample( 170 respondents), from districties of Sidi Salem, Riyadh, and Balteem in Kafr el-Sheikh governorate, to explain the results numerical table, percentages, and the arithmetic weighted means were used. The main results could be summarized as follows: The six major groups of possible obstruction arranged in descending order based on the weighted middle class of disability where it came from the constraints associated with the ability of holders group on the default funding at the forefront of disability groups facing holders of fish farms and limit their productivity and that a mean weighted score of 1.80 followed by constraints knowledge holders management and care group fish farms with a mean value of 1. 77 weighted grade, and came administrative obstacles facing the holders in third place obstacles between groups with a mean weighted reached 1.76 degrees set, Followed by the constraints associated with the group the ability of holders to provide production requirements with a mean weighted value of 1.58 degrees, while the obstacles related to the environment of fish farming group occupied the fifth place holders A mean weighted value of 1.35 degrees, while the constraints associated with the marketing group occupied the sixth and last among the obstacles likely reached a mean 1.24 degrees, according to the views of the respondents That disability studied six groups were all the same proportional effect on the average productivity of fish farms holders of the respondents There are eighteen avenue mentioned holders may fish farms respondents which can overcome all the way and get rid of the obstacles facing them and limit their productivity rates are limited between a maximum total capacity of 79.4% and a minimum of 28.8% Of the total number of holders of fish farms respondents each of the need to provide the necessary water for farming throughout the year, and modify the prohibition of the use of lrttqetion water law in fish farming, reducing Rent Lands fish farms rates, and the provision of an independent financial source To finance fish farming operation, and activating the role of the fisheries extension and raise the fines imposed on the holders of irrigation and bodies and Fisheries and the reduction or elimination of fees imposed by the local administration on fish fry carts and production of feed ingredients locally, and conservation of mycotoxins, and provide good fry at affordable prices in a timely manner is one of the most important ways proposed by the holders of fish farms, To overcome the obstacles facing them and limit their productivity.
