| Abstract |
This study is based on achieving its objectives on Created closed house for the production of chicken broiler plant experiments and research at the Higher Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture, located in kilo 62 road Egypt-Alexandria desert, capacity of six thousand birds serve on an area of 300 m 2 net from the inside (20 birds / m 2) has been raising broiler day old strain of Hubbard 3102 chickens were slaughtered and marketed fresh, chilled and frozen and sale of live chickens 2267 data was collected during the experiment the research found the results of the most important of the following:
1- Average live weight kg / bird: that the overall average live weight was about 2.003 kg, 2.009 kg of live weight for each standard and investigator until the age of 35 days total age (fifth week), respectively
2- Efficiency of food / bird: the average coefficient of feed efficiency standard and investigator until the age of 35 days (fifth week) was about 1.60, 1.61, respectively.
3- Dressing percentage and liver and heart: that the dressing percentage of birds and liver and heart at the age of 35 days total (fifth week) reached about 70%, 76.35% for the Standard and investigator, respectively.
4-Efficiency factor productivity (the European laboratory) that the efficiency factor productivity at the age of 35 days (fifth week) has amounted to about 339.8, 326.9 for each of the laboratory standard and investigator, respectively.
5-Total revenue attributed to the total overall costs: chicken meat was found that the strain Hubbard made about (1.20 to 1.74 Egyptian pounds) for the neighborhood and slaughtered chicken, respectively, that is, pound spent a return rate of 20% 74% respectively.
6-The cost of production kg body weight: The average cost of producing a kg live weight of chickens live and slaughtered about (5.10 to 6.65 LE / kg body weight), respectively.
