English : Study the population dynamics of soil and phytophagous mites on ten maize varieties
Abstract The obtained results indicated that the all maize varieties were susceptible to infested with the two spotted spider mite at different degrees and the most infested varieties were Giza 322, Giza 323 and the least infested once were Giza 310 and Pioner 3057. The study also denoted that the collected soil mites were belonging to suborders Actinedida, Oribatida, Gamasida and Acaridida. The actinedid mites were the most abundant soil mites
