Abstract The study was conducted investigate effect dietary supplementation minced fertility and hatchablity percentages. Some physiological and immunological traits in cocks. The number of forty Mamourah cocks at 28 weeks of age were randomly divided into five equal groups. The first two groups were fed minced garlic 3 and 5 % another two groups were fed crushed NS seeds 0.75 and 1.50% respectively for 12 weeks. The fifth group served as control group. The results showed that ejaculate volume and sperm concentration were significantly ( P< 0.01) higher by dietary supplementation with low garlic or low NS seeds than in the other groups. Supplementation with 5% NS seeds decreased significantly ( P <0.01) fertility and hatchability percentages than in the other groups. Liver and testicle weights were increased and small intestine thickness improved significantly ( P< 0.01) by addition of garlic or NS seeds to the diet. Most immunological parameters studied improved significantly ( P< 0.05) by feeding diet containing 3% garlic. Cocks receiving garlic or NS seeds in the diet showed significant ( P< 0.01 or 0.05) reduction in serum cholesterol ( except 1.5% NS seeds at 4 weeks ) and total lipids at all periods studied, while live body weight. Total protein, albumen and globulin were not affected. In conclusion, addition of freshly minced garlic at a rate not more than 5% or 1.5% crushed NS seeds to the diet of cocks resulted in an improvement of immunological traits, and reduction in each of serum cholesterol and total lipids and reproductive effectiveness. Keywords: Cocks, minced garlic, crushed nigella sativa seeds, supplementation, fertility, semen, blood parameters, immunity.
