| Abstract |
A new combined inactivated vaccine containing (IBR, PI-3, BVD and BRS viruses) and P. multocida was prepared and evaluated in susceptible cattle. The immune response of the prepared vaccine was evaluated by administration of the combined vaccine was evaluated by administration of the combined vaccine in susceptible cattle with 2 doses 3 weeks apart as well studying each monovalent ones . The obtained results of combined vaccine as measured by SNT, ELISA and HI came in harmony with of monovalent ones. The results of mouse protection test revealed that the combined vaccine proved to be safe and effective for immunization of cattle against P. multocida. Thus, the newly combined vaccine was safe and potent when use to protect cattle against respiratory diseases complex infection.
