English : A Study of Farmers Knowledge Gab of Improvement and Conservation the Agricultural Soil in Al-Ryad and Al-Hamoul Districts, Kafr El-Sheikh governorate

Abstract This research aimed to study the farmers knowledge gab about improvement and conservation the agricultural soil, and to know the extension methods which the respondents favorite to reduce this gab. A special questionnaire was designed to obtain the field data necessary to achieve the research objectives, by interviewing 200 respondent as a random sample, mean, frequency distribution, simple correlation, partial regression, standard revision, "T' and "F" tests were used to analyze data. Major findings as follow: 1-A big knowledge gab of improvement and conservation the agricultural soil. 2-Low _exposure to information resources and agricultural extension. 3-The methods were favorite for farmers were, farm vist. TV., meetings and demonstration methods. 4-The variables of: the rang time of use agricultural gypsum, the exposure of information resources, the attitude toward improvement and conservation the soil, the distance between the field and irrigation source, and the range time of use polishing depth, were significantly influenced in the fanners knowledge gab of improvement and conservation the agricultural soil.
