Abstract This Research aimed to study the knowledge and excutive effects of using leaflet about Bio-Fertilizers to Rice, Also to identify the releationship between leaders characteristics and this effects. A Questionnaire was used to collect data by interviewing 202 leaders (100 leaders as experimental group and 102 leader as an control group), they were selected by extension workers in the research area. Experiment and control group design was used to measure the knowledge and excutive effects. Percentages, Mean, t and F tests, r and partial regression coefficient were used to analyze data. The main results show that there is a significant knowledge-and excutive' effects through used leaflet about Bio-Fertilizers. A positive correlation (0.01) between knowledge and executive effects and tendency to new practices deffusion Among farmers, also appositive correlation (0.05) between independent variables and machine holding. All variables are resposible for 29% of the change in knowkdge effect, and 32% of the change in executive effect, Specially
