Abstract |
Random amplified polymorphic DNA and electrophoresis by polyacrylamid gel provided characteristic fingerprints as genetic polymorphism for eimeria maxima isolates , which collected from threedifferent localities in Egypt
( sohag, cairo and el-sharkia provinces). five oligonucleotides primers reflected different phylogenetic relationship among the three eimeria maxima isolates. The degree of similarity between the three isolates reflected the presence of both specific and even strain-specific band(s). the statistical analysis suggested a closer phylogenetic relationship between sohag and cairo eimeria maxima isolates, and are distantly related to el sharkia isolate RAPD technique could easily differentiate with agreat potential the minor changes in the genomes of the related genotypes of eimeria maxima isolates in egypt.
