Abstract Two experiments were conducted to study the effect of using Damsissa seeds and leaves (Ambrosia Maritima L) in ration on growing lambs. The first experiment was carried out determine the In-vitro disappearance of dry and organic matter (lVDMD) and (lVOMD) of the different experimental rations. The second experiment was carried out to study the productive performance of lambs fed two rations containing Damsissa seeds and leaves (2.5% of DMI), Twenty-one growing Rahmany lambs (about 5 mouths old and 23,3kg body weight) were assigned randomly into 3 similar groups (seven animals of each) to fed one of the experimental rations. Lambs were formulated to cover maintenance and productive performance of the growing lambs according to NRC, 1994, on ration consisted of (50% roughage and 50% CFM). The results of the first experiment revealed that the In-vitro dry and organic matter (IVDMD and IVOMD) and some nutrients digestability decreased with increasing the level of Damsissa seeds and leaves rations, Also, animal received Damsissa seeds (2.5% of DMI) level recorded higher values of ammonia-N and Total VFA compared with other treatments, Keywords: damsissa seeds and leaves, lamb, in-vitro, digestibility, rumen liquor parameters.
