| Abstract |
A specific rinderpest antigen was produced on the basis of standard operating procedures using the attenuated rinderpest virus (RBok) and Vero cells. Quantity control tests used were agar gel immunodiffusion test, direct immunofluoresence and immune-capture ELISA. Results of these tests for the prepared antigen were comparable to those for the reference control rinderpest antigen.
