Abstract This work was planned to study the effect of Cal-Bor-Mag and oxytocin injection on reproductive performance of female rabbits. A total number of 33 Bauscat doe rabbits weighted 3 - 3.5 kgs and aging 6-7 month were distributed into 3 equal groups. First group was control, in the second group does were injected after palpation and kindling with Cal-Bor-Mag, does in the third group were injected after palpation and kindling with Cal-Bor-Mag and force kindled by oxytocin. Data of for reproductive performance were: conception rate (CR), litter size at birth (LSB) and weaning (LSW), litter weight at birth (LWB) and weaning (LWW), mean bunny weight at birth (MBWB) and weaning (MBWW), stillbirth (SB%), preening mortality (PWM%). Blood samples were collected at mating, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days of pregnancy. Blood analysis of progesterone (P4), estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL), triiodothyronine (T3), total protein (TP), albumin (AL), globulin (GL), total lipids (FL), glucose (GLC), calcium (Ca), and inorganic phosphors (Pi), AIT, AST and alkaline phosphates (ALP) levels were determined. Results showed that treatment had significant effect on reproductive traits: LWB, MBWB, LSW, LWW and PWM%. On the other hand, treatments had no significant effect on blood parameter values. Pregnancy stage significantly affected all blood parameter values expect prolactin hormone. Key words: Reproduction, Cal-Bor-Mag, oxytocin, hormones, blood parameters.
