| Abstract |
An inactivated infectious bronchitis (IB) virus oil vaccine was prepared by using montanide ISA 50 as oil adjuvant and vitamin (A and E) as immunostimulant. The immune response of this vaccine was evaluated in chickens by estimating cellular immunity using lymphocyte blastogenesis assay and humoral immunity using serum neutralization test (SNT) and ELISA tests. The results revealed that noticeable increase in the immune response with the usage of the oil adjuvant ISA50 in addition of vitamin A and E in the preparation of inactivated oil adjuvant IBV vaccine.
