| Abstract |
Inactivated Newcastle disease and infection bronchitis disease were prepared as monovalent vaccines were evaluated in chickens ,compared with bivalent vaccine evaluation of humoral and cell mediated immune responses proved that both prepared vaccines were found potent and have satisfactory prophylactic effect against Newcastle and infectious bronchitis viruses specially after primary vaccination with live vaccine .
