Enhancement of immune response of calves vaccinated with combind inactivated respiratory virus vaccine (pneumo-4)by using immunosol as adjuvant

| Abstract |
The ability of the adjuvant immunosol (Montanide IMS 1313) to enhance antibody production of pneumo-4 (BVD, IBR, PI-3 and BRS) vaccine was investigated in 15 mixed breed calves and compared with aluminum hydoxied gel adjuvanted vaccine. The results showed that immunosol stimulate the immune response of vaccinated calves to pneumo-4 vaccine represented by a significant increases in neutralizing antibodies titers and more prolonged response then the aluminium hydroxide gel adjuvanted vaccine.
