| Abstract |
Tetanus toxin is produced by an anaerobic spore forming rod bacteria (Clostridium tetani). Two experiments were carried out to identify some medical properities of tetanus toxin. the first experiment was carried out to identify anticonvulsant activity of tetanus toxin and the result showed that differnt doses of the toxin did not antagonise convulsion by strychnine sulphate , the second experiment showed that tetanus caused transient fall in systemic blood pressure.
