| Abstract |
IN the course of investigation it became evident that titration of hyperimmune sera showed a close agreement between the results of the flocculation test and toxin antitoxin neutralization test in mice (animal test) in titration of tetanal antitoxin, flocculation test proved to be more rapid test, easy to perform and consider an accurate test . Indirect hemagglutination results had been compared with that of complement fixation test and both were nearly parallel in results. Significant linear relationship was demonstrated between the hemagglutinating titers, complement fixation titers and the corresponding units.
