| Abstract |
In this study ultracorn was injected alone as immunostimulate with purified toxoid and with aluminum phosphate absorbed toxoid in horses. Sera of tested animals were investigated by electrophoretic analysis of serum protein fractions and indirect hemagglutination for specific titration of tetanus antibodies. We proved that aluminum phosphate adjuvant toxoid. Administration of ultracorn alone had little immunological effect while when injected simultaneoulsy with aluminium phosphate adsorbed toxoid produce marked increase in the immunogenicity of the vaccine.
