| Abstract |
This Research aimed at recognizing the opinions of each of the regional and local extension officers at Kafr El-Sheikh and Gharbia governorates. Chief Researchers in Shka and El-Gemiza research stations which served the above mentioned governorates. About the applicability to consider the extension sector as an organization of SMS as the national level and the regional and local levels.
