| Abstract |
The Governmental Agricultural Extension organization in Egypt should have a different mission and objectives to be known and perceived well from all, Not as requirement of Strategic Management, But also to fulfill the conditions and perquisites of the expected change of the organization, So This research aimed at investigating the mission statement and The organization objectives: general, Long and short objectives though determination of the Top. Officers at the CENTERAL ext. Administration.
Their Population were (20). They were all of the general direction, departments directors and the chief of the Administration, The questionnaire with interviews was the data tool for data collection, Frequencies and percentages were used to present data.
Results showed that the respondents provide multiple mission for the ext. organization which emphasis the core of the education nature of ext. and oriented to the future prospective. They also appointed lists of general objectives and long range and short range objectives reflected mature perception and modernized vision.
The research recommend to consider results as data for Successful steps in the structure organizational change and design.
