In view of the international interest to push forward the development of tourism and since food is an essential factor for tourism industry , The food technology research institute & The hige institute for tourism & hotels (6st of October city) have closely cooperated to organize the 1st International conference &exhibition on food& tourism " An approch to the world of tomorrow".The event is intended to tackle the latest theoretical and practical developments in the above mentioned fields and review the related activities and industries, with the purpose of contributing effectively towards the development of tourism.
