| Abstract |
Three adjuvants were added to tetanus toxin and toxoid and injected in horses for production of hyperimmune sera. A significant high antibody titer was obtained when DEAE-Dextran was used as an adjuvant which evoke antibody titer more than that obtained with alum or aluminum hydroxide gel adjuvant used in this experiment.
