English : JOB STRESS OF THE CHANGE AGENT

Abstract This study aims mainly to develop a reliable and valid scale for measuring job stress of the change agents . this scale contains the three sources for job stress. The first is personal sources that includes personality, psychology and behaviorally sources. The second is organizational sources that includes organizational culture, functional requirements, work load, functional frustration, organizational processes, task risk and task environment change. The third is environmental sources that includes economic and technology environmental. 176 statements were developed to measure all the previous components according to its operational definitions, the scale was tested on sample amounted of 60 respondents who were selected according to "cochran" equation. Correlation coefficient were calculated between every item of the scale and the total degree for the three dimension of the scale to end with 165 items which formulated the final scale . Depending on the results of testing the validity and reliability of the scale which were high measure was considered as a suitable instrument to measure the job stress of the change agents.
