English : Vision of Agricul Tural Extension Supervisors Concerning Level of Applicating Some Organizational Principles of Agricul Tural Extension Work in Kafr El-Sheikh and El-Gharbia Governorates

Abstract This research aimed mainly to determine visions of ageicultural extension supervisors concerning level of applicating some organizational principles of agricultural extension work in Kafr El-Sheikh and El-Gharbia Governorates, also determining significance of differences between two studied Governorates concerning degree of applicating studied principles, as well as, to identify the reasons of application weakness of them . Data were collected during January 2007 by 162 respondents, frequencies, ercentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviations, and "t" test were used for analyzing date statistically. The main results could be summarize as follows: 1.Regarding level of applicating studied principles the unity of command was come in the first Rank ( 58.6% ), then span of control ( 49.4% ) , while remainder fourth organizational fundamentals principles were come in the moderate ranks as follows : organization- flexibility (33.3%), coordination (30.9%) decentralization (29%) , interesting with the human power (26%), and authority delegation (13.6% ) 2.Only one significant difference was found at 0.05 level between averages of applicating two studied Governorates concerning i.e. interesting with the human power, there were no significant differences concerning the other studied principles. 3.There were many reasons of applicating weakness studied principles which were: weakness of equity when distribution rewards and incentives (39.5%) , in equalities of promotion opportunities (35.8%), lack of advanced knowledge about chiefs decisions (34.5%) , in sufficient adequate latitude given to subordinates by their chief to communicate with the other systems, within organization (33.3%) , also absence of adequate, latitude given to communicate with the other organizations (30.2%), and weakness of interesting with continuous training (27.7%), besides other reasons.
