English : Nutrients requirements for trichoderma reesei and sclerotium cepivorum as effective factors on value adding wastes
Abstract THE Trichoderma reesei and Scleratium ceplvorum requirements for cellulases production from beet pulp and olive cake were investigated with respect to their affinity to cellulases activities The appreciated nutrients were (NH4), SO, (16 g/l) KH, PO, (40 g/1), Ca CL, (Q4 g/l), Mg SO, (Q6 g/l), and Tween 80 (20 g/l) for T reeseL However, these concentrations, in the same order, were 14, 30, Q3, Q3, and 20 g/1 for S cepiv""""' \"ith substitution of (NH,),SO, by NH, H, PO, Vitamin B mix~"eemed to be more suitable for T reesei, whereas, sodium acetate was the best for S cepivorum Addition of 50 % filter paper in the presence of 20% beet pulp, resulted in the highest values of cellulase enzymes productJon and activities for both organisms Keywo,ds Nutrients ,equirements, c,llulases production and aetivilie" b"" pulp, olive cak" Trichoderma reesei, Sclerotium cepivo"""
