Abstract The lebbek mealybug, Nipaecoccus viridis (Newstead) (Homoptera : Pseudococcidae) is an important pest on large scale of crops. The mineral oil (Super Misrona) gave good effect against eggs (90.6%); while gave 70.7% and 64.2% against nymphs and adults. Mineral oil gave moderate toxicity against parasitoids (77.6%). NeemAzal gave low toxicity against adults of N. viridis 62.1%, while, gave 67.9 and 75.1% average reduction against nymphs and eggs, respectively. The NeemAzal gave moderate toxicity against the parasitoids stages (56.6%). M-pede gave moderately toxicity against adults of N. viridis (66.2%), while, gave 68.8 and 67.6% against nymphs and eggs, respectively. M-pede gave also moderate toxicity against the parasitoids (55.5%). Biofly gave. moderately toxicity against adults (68.1%), while, gave good reduction 72.4 and 74.0% against nymphs and eggs, respectively. Biofly gave also moderate toxicity against the parasitoids (66.1%). Micronized sulphur gave moderately toxicity against adults (66.1%), while, gave good results 75.1 and 72.0% against nymphs and eggs, respectively. Biofly is a highly toxic against the parasitoids (82.1%) three weeks after, spraying the combinations between mineral oil + sulpher gave good reduction against all stages of N. viridis. They gave 91.9, 91.0 and 97.0% average reduction against adults, nymphs and eggs, respectively. On the other hand, this combination gave high toxicity against the parasitoids, Leptomastix phenacocci and Anagyrus aegyptiacus (91.0%). Malathion was very effective against adults and nymphs of N. viridis (96.3 and 95.6% mean reduction), respectively, while gave poor reduction against eggs (53.4%) and also killed the parasitoids (94.9%).
