| Abstract |
Milk is a vital feed for baby, cgildren and adult, so pollution of milk with heavy metals is very critucal problem , in addition to fetuses and children are more susceptible to heavy metal exposure because their bodies are developing. milk products in cairo and giza markets as well as their mcrobial load . 100 samples were collected from raw milk , yoghourt , cheese, skimmed cheese and cream each of 20 samples for in milk or milk products which could be regarded to high heavy metal pollution of environment in giza and cairo Govvernorates which led to increase its content in milk. this was accompanied by an increase in microbial load in milk as well as milk products . the significance of health impact was also discussed.
