| Abstract |
Three experiments were conducted during cotton seasons 2006, 2001 and 2002 to evaluate the efficacy of 6 programs against the cotton boll infestation with pink boll worm (PBW) with one of the following compounds [Dipel-2X (bio-insecticide powder), Xentsri (bio-insecticide WG) and DursbAn (chemical insecticide, EC 48 %)] each at the recommended rate (recom.rate) and half recommended rate( ll2 recom. rate). Each program consists of 3 sprays. and samples of cotton bolls were examined weekly. The efficacy of each insecticide was evaluated after each spray as well as the efficacy of each program after 3 sprays
