| Abstract |
in this investigation fish were exposed to three different concentration of unionized ammonia ( .03..04..05) and to high and low pH ranged between ( 9.5 and 5.5 0.2 ) with a therapeutic dose of CuSO .
Results revealed that fish exposed to UIA suffered of macrocytic hypochromic anaemia with highly increase of hepatic anzymes hypoproteinaemia and hypoglycemia after5 days & 10 days
However low pH ( 5.5+0.2 ) caused the same effect with the exception of hypoglycemia
these results emphasized the importance of periodical investigation for the stress environmentel factors which change CuSO4 therapeutic dose to toxic dose for the fish in treatmentagainst some causative agents
