English : Using the physical dimensions of the immature buffaloes for putting design criteria of the stalls
Arabic : اسخدام الابعاد الفيزيائية للجاموس غير الناضج فى وضع المعايير التصميمية للمرابط
Abstract Absence of clean, comfortable, and Suitable stalls for The immature buffaloes is a research problem. Direct measurements of the physical dimensions of the body main parts were carried out on five samples of immature buffaloes (suckling calves, weaning calves, small heifers, mediate heifers, and under pregnant heifers). General model of sanitary, comfortable, and suitable stall for the immature buffaloes was designed Specific equations to determine the stall dimensions are briefly summarized Minimum, maximum, and average of the physical dimensions of the immature buffaloes main parts were determined and tabulated Linear and logarithmic relationships among the immature buffalo's ages were determined as independent variables and the physical dimensions as dependent variables. Design criteria for immature buffaloes stalls were established Dividing the immature buffaloes stalls into five categories depending on their ages, and applying the design criteria on the general model to establishment clean, Comfortable, and suitable stalls for the immature buffaloes are concluded.
