| Abstract |
Twenty five frozwen meat cuts samples were collected from different public and factories refrigerators in Giza Each frozen meat sample was divided into three portions the first part act as a control The third part only subdivided into 3 samaller portions and received while the mean values of lasteria monocytogenes count in samples subjected to lacticacid 1% and temperature 45 , 60 0r 75 Crespectively from statistical analtsis of data collected frpm samples The highest cumulative frequency distribution of listeria monocytogenes count in positive samples was 30% of samples between 100 &200 C.F.U /g
