Abstract Twenty five frozwen meat cuts samples were collected from different public and factories refrigerators in Giza Each frozen meat sample was divided into three portions the first part act as a control The third part only subdivided into 3 samaller portions and received while the mean values of lasteria monocytogenes count in samples subjected to lacticacid 1% and temperature 45 , 60 0r 75 Crespectively from statistical analtsis of data collected frpm samples The highest cumulative frequency distribution of listeria monocytogenes count in positive samples was 30% of samples between 100 &200 C.F.U /g
