| Abstract |
Sixty samples of beef burger , sausage and beef shawerma sandwiches (twenty of each ) were collected from different fast foods restaurants in cairo and Giza for sanitary evaluation The isolated strains of aerobic bacteria and their incidence in beef burger , sausage and beef shawerma were Bacillus cereus (41.7 , 46.7 , &30.4% ) The aerobic plate count mean values in beef burger sausage and beef shawerma sandwiches The mean values of mesophilic aerobic After half houre and after one hour at room temperature (2x100 , 4x100 , 8x100 ) (1000 ,1000 , 10000 ) and (4x100 , 6x100 &1000 ) respectively
