| Abstract |
The pharmacokineties of danofloxacin were investigated in healthy and experimentally induced febrile chickens follwing intravenous and oral administration in a single dose of 5 mg body weight . concentration of danofloxacin in plasma was measured using the microbiological assay method. the plasma drug concentratins were significantly higher in febrile chickens than in healthy ones. the plasma concentration 0 time curve following intravenous injection and were significantly lower in febrile birds as compared to healthy ones.
