| Abstract |
A total of 60 broilers and rabbits ; 30 each of hubbard broilers and newzealand rabbits were used in this study. they were collected from different farms at el-sharkya gvernorate in egypt and thigh muscles.fat liver,kidneys and (gizzard in case of broilers) the samples were examined by microbiological method .the obtained data proved that the highest mean values of inhibitin zones f antibiotic residues (mm) in slaughtered broilers and rabbits were recrded in kidneys and liver samples then fllowed by other sample
