Abstract pathological alterations associated with pseudomonas flouresecens infections naturally and experimentally infected O. niloticus were Comparatively studided naturally infected fishes characteristically showed haemorrhagic skin and fin lesions , exophthalmia, abdomonal dropsy and fin rot.However , internal visceral haemorrhages, congestion of internal organs and accumulation of reddish yellw serous ascitic fluid were generally seen. seven pseudomonas flouresecens biotypes were successfully recovered from diseased fish were selected virulent The histopathological changes of infected fishes varied in its severity and generally included inflamatory and degenerative changes of tissues and bdy in its severity and generally included inflamatory and degenerative changes of tissues and body organs including the asymptomatic infected fishes
