| Abstract |
Theis work was done to study the effect of exposure to mitrate and effective of methylene blue in counteracts of its adveres effect for this purpose 150 both sexes adult albino rats weighting from 150-180 gram were used rats were divided into equal 5 groups . the first group used as cntrol , while the second and groups dosed potassium nitrate for 15 days in dses 67 and 134 mg/kg b.wt., after end of the experiment blood samples was cllected serum was separated as well as liver .in conclusion this work refereed t that methylene blue was greatly effective as values antidote of mitrate toxicity.
