Abstract Samples (21) were collected from opoultry carcasses of poultry butcheries examined bacteriologically .the examined samples were heavily contaminated by different types of organisms.Educational programs have to be directed especially to butcher shops workers to learn them how to handle poultry carcasses in a hygienic wasy to avoid existence of bacterial contamination in their product
