Abstract |
ِِِِA total of sixty meat and fish product samoles were collected from different supermarkets in Cairo and Giza governorates, representing 20 canned luncheon , 20 frozen sausage and 20 canned fish samples (mackerel).Lead , cadmium , copper and zinc residues werw determined . The results were evaluated according to the permissible limits of FAO/WHO and Egyptian Organization for Standardization Quality Control.
