| Abstract |
Coccidiosis causes dramatic economic losses in the poultry industry . A total of 30 chicks were challenged , at 4 weeks of age , with high does of Eimeria tenlla ( 150,OOO oocysts ) and slaughtered 4 weeks post- inoculation . Infected birds showed less severe lesion score, mortalities andreduction of body weight gain as compared With the control birds.
