clinically normal donkeys were used for autologous tendon graft of the suflexor (SDF) tendon using a scgment of Achilles tendon They were allocat ups 12 animal each Different sized grafts were used for each group donanized at 2,3,4,6 weeks 3 and 6 months post- operation for gross and intations of the graft Angiographic examination was made on normal and for all animals before euthanasia the result indicated that grafts were to SDF tendon revascularized and replaced by a highly oriented collagen of normal tendone healung of the short graft was belter that of the long
