| Abstract |
The main objective of this research was to determine the job satisfaction level, community services satisfact¬ion level of agricultural extension agents and to identify some of personal and professional variables which may affect this satisfaction.
A well prepared and pre-tested questionnaire was used to collect the data needed for this research through inter-viewing 200 agricultural extension agents in some districts, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
Frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis and the stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data statistically.
This research is divided into four Chapters:
The first deals with the research problem, the second covers the review of literature, the third explains the methodology and the fourth presents the results and discussions.
