| Abstract |
Corn steep liquor, soya bean meal and fish meal were used for preparation of toxoids of C.perfringens types B and D beside the currently used peptone media. Antitoxin titres in sera of rabbits and sheep vaccinated with vaccines prepared from these media showed high titre for Beta-toxoid prepared on corn steep liquor and Epsilon toxoid prepared on soya bean meal more than those prepared on petone or fish meal media
