Abstract A 2x3 factorial design was used containing two sources of biological feed additives (Bio-Activator and N-FAC 1000), three levels from each material (0.0,0.2 and 0.4 %). A total number of 540 Arbor Acres broiler chicks one- day old were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups (three replicates each).the experiment was performed to study the effect of Bio- Activator and N-FAC 1000 (as biological feed additives ) with different levels on the performance of broiler chicks. Also to evaluate the digestion coefficients of nutrients in broiler diets as affected by these treatments. The addition of N-FAC 1000 in broiler diets increased significantly (P0.05) live body weight, weight gain, feed consumption and feed conversion values than those fed on Bio- activator diets. N-FAC 1000 in broiler diets showed insignificant improved the protein efficiency ratio (PER) and efficiency of energy utilization (EEU) at the different growth periods studied. At the end of the experiment level of 0.2 or 0.4% of Bio-Activator improved weight gain and decreased insignificantly feed consumption, while the same level of N-FAC 1000 increased it comparatively to unsupplemented diet. Level of 0.2% of N-FAC 1000 showed best significant (P<0.01) digestion coefficient values for OM, CP,EE,CF and NFE than that of 0.4%or Bio- Activator in broiler diets. Keywords: Broiler, biological, additives, performance, digestion coefficients.
