Arabic : تأثير استخدام مصادر بروتينبة غير تقليدية بديلة لمسحوق السمك في علائق البلطى
Abstract Feeding trials were conducted to examine the effect of replacing fish meal protein with graded amounts of sun or oven dried layer's manure at levels of 5, 10, 15 and 20% on Tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) performance. All feeds contained about 30% crude protein and 4340 kcal GE/kg diet. They were fed to Tilaipa (O. niloticus) fingerlings for twelve weeks. The results showed that, final body weights and average daily gains decreased with increasing layer's manure levels in tested diets. The results obtained showed that the best feed conversion ratio was recorded for fish given the control diet, while the poorest feed conversion ratio was recorded for fish given diets containing 20% layer's manure. Also, the best protein efficieny ratio and protein productive value were recorded for fish given the control diet, while the poorest (PER and PPV%) were recorded for fish given diets containing 20% layer's manure. The protein, fat and energy retention in the tissues of experimental fish were highest in the control group and diets contaning 5% layer's manure and decreased with increasing layer's manure percentage in the tested diets.
