| Abstract |
In general Agricultural Extension act as corner stone in Agricultural development and privately as in access toll in success on settlement process psychology and socially sustainable in New Rural Communities.
The development in its general context represents a comprehensive civilization process for all social activities, according to the society requirements. It is also a complicated, integrated and interactive process in an integrated frame consisted of the most complicated connections in the light of the political, Economical, cultural and organizational changes. It is consider the only way to get away from the poverty and literacy circle and going towards the welfare and prosperity , this require that all efforts , planning and programs must be united in all humanity and applied sciences to achieve it. also increase the importance of it to keep up with our current new life that in which everything is changeable and very fast mode of life , carrying in its content great changes require us to be steady to keep up with .
The future developments process aims in Egypt to achieve the Food Security and provide the raw materials required to industry, increasing the exports, improving the living level for farmers and provide job chances for the workers through specializations and the efficient use of available economic resources. the establishment of agricultural settlement consider a starting point to activate the local development activities which consider the process of planned and respondents changes for the global development of the variable sides of the economical , social and cultural life in unexploited new regions to devote all efforts for national development ,to achieve the integration of the developed society with its big society on the other hand, since it requires to do that in the same way as the government continues seek to improve the economical , social conditions and raise their living levels by following developmental policies centered on working to reclaim the deserts through the reclamation and cultivation of the desert lands and construction of new civilized communities .so the modern agricultural communities represent one of the basics of achieving permanent development in its of humanities , productive and positional context , since the aim is not Limited to satisfaction of the basic personal needs, but the benefiting from that abilities in the purpose of production.
