English : Agricultural extension agents response towards activities of building agricultural extension program

Abstract This Research mainly untended to study Agricultural Extension agents behaviour towards activities of building Agricultural Extension Program. A questionnaire was prepared and used to collect data through persona] interviews from 168 respondents in Kafr EL-Sheikh, EL-Gharbia, and EL¬-Sharkia Governorates, Percentages, frequency tables, simple correlation and multiple linear regression were utilized as statistical methods in analyzing and presenting the research data. The major Findings could be summarized as follows : 1. Agents have high 4znowledge. achievement and attitude towards the activities .n, balding Extension program. 2. There were simple Correlation relationship between Agricultural Extension agents behaviour and five independent variables. 3. It was found out that the total independent variables in the Regression Explain 65.7% of the variation in the Agricultural Extension agents behaviour towards activities of Extension program building in line of their knowledge, excution and attitudes .
